2.- Purpose, scope and duration
The present Legal Notice regulates the use of the Website, as well as its access, navigation and, in general, the relationship of the Website’s owner with any person accessing the same (hereinafter, referred to individually as the “User” or collectively as the “Users”).
The Website provides Users general information about UGROUND, its services, activities and experience (hereinafter, the “Content/s”), all in accordance with this Legal Notice. As it is a professional website, its Content is not intended nor directed to Users under the age of 18.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, access to certain contents or services that may be provided in the future, may be subject to compliance with particular conditions which, depending on the case, will replace, complete and/or modify these general conditions and which, in the event of contradiction with them, will prevail.

In addition, the link must be absolute and complete so that it takes the User to the URL of the Website and completely covers the entire length of the screen of the Home Page of the Website.
